Due to the boutique nature of our company and our quality-over-quantity approach, we don’t competitively bid projects. In our experience, our process, product, and level of execution often exceed what other contractors can achieve, or have the patience to achieve. As a result, direct comparisons through competitive bidding are rarely “apples to apples” for us. After exploring various approaches, we have developed a Pre-Construction Process that has proven to be the most efficient and successful for both our clients and our business.
